Without sharing details this school year started with a shake in my life...things changed and I was not expecting them! I was so down that during one week I didn't want to speak to anyone, on the way of the second week my husband asks me: "How long? Move on!", in these things he is really down to earth and really, like a portuguese saying expresses - what has no remedy has already it's own remedy - kind of ;) !
It reminded me an interesting story of a king that, to accomplish his part of a covenant went to war with his warriors and all  left homeland and family, when they returned all had been devastaded and all the people - women, sons and daughters had been kidnapted.
They cried until there were no more tears, all were in anguish but the warrior's heart became bitter while the kings heart sought help where it is always available: in the Lord his God ( I Samuel 30:6).
Far from me to even the circumstances but - portuguese saying - who's in the monestry knows what's inside - my ground was taken from me, I thought.
Instead of leting my heart to grow bitter, I strengneth my heart in teh Lord my God, so that no root of bitterness should sprout to cause me trouble (Hebrews12:15).
Many people says: "The best of Ggod is still to come", right and wrong, it depends on our attitude, do we give ourselves to bitterness or do we strengneth our heart, going our way but with the right attitude!
And, yes, I believe that in my life the best of God is yet to come, Amen!
